Step 01
Sign Up & Set Up Your School

Create your admin account with your school's UDISE code, then complete your school profile.

Settings → School Profile
  • Enter school name, address, phone & email
  • Upload your school logo for certificates & invoices
  • UDISE code uniquely identifies your institution

Step 02
Configure Academic Year

Set up your school's academic calendar. Each year defines the boundary for attendance, fees, and marks.

Settings → Academic Years
  • Create a new year (e.g., 2025-2026) with start & end months
  • Copy classes from a previous year to save time
  • Lock a completed year to prevent accidental edits
  • Switch between years from the header dropdown

Step 03
Create Classes & Add Subjects

Build your school's class hierarchy and define subjects per class. Subjects are required before setting up exams.

Classes (Sidebar)
  • Add classes like Class 1, Class 2, ... Class 10
  • Define subjects per class (Maths, Science, English, etc.)
  • Link each class to its previous class for promotion
  • Mark the final class to end the promotion chain

Add Holidays & Events

Define your school's holiday calendar. Holidays are automatically shown on the attendance screen.

Settings → Holidays
  • Add public holidays, festivals & school-specific breaks
  • Add events (like Sports Day) that are not holidays
  • Holidays are reflected automatically in attendance reports

Step 05
Register Your Students

Add your entire student body to the platform. Each student is linked to a class and academic year for organized tracking across all modules.

Students (Sidebar)
  • Add students individually with admission number, name, class, and DOB
  • Use bulk upload (Excel) to import students in batches
  • Record parent details: father's name, mother's name, phone, Aadhar
  • Set transport mode (Bus/Self) — bus students are auto-charged transport fees
  • Mark a student as "Exited" when they leave the school
  • Use "Rejoin" to bring back an exited student to a new academic year

Mark Daily Attendance

Select a class and date, then mark each student as Present, Absent, or Half Day with a single click.

Attendance (Sidebar)
  • Click once for Present, twice for Absent, thrice for Half Day
  • Use "Reset" to clear all markings for the day
  • Holidays are automatically detected and displayed
  • Attendance is saved instantly — no page reload needed

Set Up Exams & Enter Marks

Create exam types (Unit Test, Mid-Term, Final), then enter marks for each student per subject.

Settings → Exams  |  Marks (Sidebar)
  • Create exam types and associate them with specific classes
  • Classes must have subjects before creating exams
  • Enter marks per student per subject — max marks auto-loaded
  • Lock an exam to prevent edits after finalization

Configure & Collect Fees

Manage your entire fee lifecycle — from setting up class-wise fee structures to collecting payments and generating printable invoices.

Fees (Sidebar)
  • Fee Setup: Define base fee, number of terms, transport fee & other charges per class
  • Collect Fees: Select student → view breakdown → record payment
  • Apply discounts at payment time (global or per-term)
  • Each payment auto-generates a printable invoice with unique number
  • Download invoice as PDF for offline records
  • View complete payment history per student anytime

View Reports & Analytics

Get a 360° view of your school's data — attendance, marks, and fee reports.

Reports (Sidebar)
  • Attendance: Daily class report, monthly/annual student report
  • Marks: Exam-wise performance, class toppers & averages
  • Fees: Paid, pending & balance amounts per student/class
  • Reports accessible by admins and authorized sub-users

Promote Students to Next Year

At the end of the year, move students to the next class and academic year. Enrollment history is preserved.

Promote (Sidebar)
  • Select source class and target class for promotion
  • Choose which students to promote (select all or individually)
  • Current enrollment is automatically saved to history
  • Already-promoted students are skipped

Create sub-user accounts for teachers and staff. Control exactly what each person can access.

  • Create sub-user accounts with auto-generated passwords

  • Restrict access to specific classes per user
  • Reset passwords and view audit logs

Generate official bonafide certificates for your students, complete with your school's branding.

  • Search for a student by name or admission number
  • Auto-fills student details like class, father's name, DOB
